Return Policy

At PrintShah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each frame is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. However, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.                                                                                                                                  
  2. Conditions for Returns

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase and clear images of the issue (e.g., damage) must be provided to initiate the process.                                                                          
  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or personalized frames (e.g., with your selected photos or designs) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.         
  4. Replacement Process

    • For eligible returns, we will offer a replacement frame at no additional cost.
    • If a replacement is not feasible, a store credit or refund will be issued.                                                                                                                                       
  5. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
